Grinding

We machine various materials of steel and carbide by CNC grinding. The advantages of grinding compared to other types of machining are the good machinability of hard materials, the high dimensional and form accuracy (tolerance class IT 5 to 6) and the low waviness and roughness (Rz= 1 to 3 μm) of the ground surface.

High-speed milling

High precision in the μ range. Even complex three-dimensional contours can be easily produced using HSC. Another plus is the fast and precise production of electrodes. Milling of cobalt-bonded materials is also a major strength of HSC milling.
