Punching technology - the heart of KLEINER GmbH

The automatic punching machines of the companies Bruderer and Haulick + Roos are the "clocks" of KLEINER GmbH. With a "rhythm" of 30 to over 1,200 strokes per minute and a tonnage of up to 250 tonnes of pressing force, we cover a wide range of punching technology requirements. Due to the wide range of different machines, we are able to economically produce smallest quantities for pre-series or test parts as well as large quantities for series production.

We manufacture stamped parts on strip and free-falling. Strips and semi-finished products are processed with widths of up to 320 mm and thicknesses of 0.06 to 5 mm. The modern automatic punching machines and tools with safety systems guarantee high quality and reliable delivery dates.

Continuous IT systems from machine data acquisition to the transfer of data to SAP and the CAQ system Babtec are standard at KLEINER. This means that the test cells, which are directly connected to the automatic punching press, are supplied with data and test plans online and QA is "at the machine".
