• Construction of a high-precision punching tool with the possibility to realise many different customer connections and further processing options

Implementation:

• For this purpose, a universal tool was built for the company Danfoss.
• With the help of this tool, there is the possibility of being able to map different variants.

In the assembly tool, both selectively refined solder pins and selectively coated press-fit zones made of high-performance alloys can be fed. The highly demanding contacting elements are produced in a separate stamping process and fed to the stamping grid already refined.
